Wild Rockies SERIES Championship Trail Run
[Saturday, Sep. 12th!!]
Run Options: 10k trail run or 20k trial run ($50 to fastest runners in 20k)
Location: ATTENTION TIME CHANGE--- 6pm ----Starts and finishes at Bogus Basin Mountain Resort nordic lodge.Check out the GPS map for more info.
Race Description: You can expect to gain 1000 vertical feet over a 10K course that circumnavigates Bogus Basin Resort nordic ski trails.
Pick up the orange trail arrows from the Frontier lodge area (NORDIC LODGE). This takes you on a tour of the lower nordic trails. Keep following the orange arrows across the nordic highway to Sidewider, then up and over to Sapper's Return, it is 1.9km to the finish from the bottom of Bitterroot Lift.
Also, checkout accomodations with Bogus Basin Pioneer Condos. It's a great way to spend the weekend. Awesome views
from the hot tubs and saves you the exhausting drive down the hill.
