Training plans

We are offering 10 and 12 week training plans to prepare for your NICA season!  The plan starts on April 21st and incorporates some strength too.  $45 for the plan, download to your free basic Training Peaks App.  Follow on your own schedule, build a solid base and get ready for your NICA ream training in July and NICA races in August!  Training plans with heart rate or power options.
